The 450 m² façade of the apartment building, redesigned after the earthquake, has been developed to align with Antakya’s current urban renewal strategy and the modern, minimal architectural language seen in recently constructed TOKİ housing projects. While traces of the traditional Antakya identity are subtly referenced, the façade primarily adopts a contemporary, streamlined expression. With its vertical mass proportions, rhythmic openings, and clean material palette, the building is designed to integrate seamlessly with the newly emerging urban fabric of the surrounding area.
