Located in Istanbul’s Florya district, Zeytin Konakları is a multi-purpose transformation project developed by repurposing an abandoned industrial warehouse. The ground floor hosts commercial units centered around an olive and olive-oil retail concept, while the upper levels are designed as boutique hotel accommodations. Organized around a central courtyard, the spatial layout creates a seamless flow between functions, offering both clarity and coherence within the complex.
The design language draws from the natural and organic character of the olive theme, enriched with architectural references inspired by Italy, including arched openings, textured stone surfaces, and warm material palettes. With the concept, visualization, and on-site implementation carried out as a unified process, the project stands as a distinctive example of adaptive reuse, adding new commercial and hospitality value to the urban fabric of Florya.
